      • Contradictory experience in the field. Needs more investigation, particularly the minimum requirements for dev laptops and dedicated servers.

Adam suggested creating a JPEG2000 toolkit. Case could be made for this if we want in the future. Don will open a PR for a use case for this functionality so we can track this functionality.
