- Added global setting for refilling fuel, so the driver won't stop when it run out of fuel. Players can drive near it with a tank wagon and it will fill up itself.
- Added vehicle setting for refilling consumables for basically all kind of consumables. The driver will wait until the consumable is added by placing container near it or fill it up with a shovel or auger wagon. When nothing more is near the driver or nothing more is filled in within a specific time, the driver will resume the work.

New for Multitool:
- A multitool course now contains 2-5 single course for each lane depending on the amount of vehicles you selected.
- That course is switched when switching the lane.
- The old "symetric lane change" got renamed to "switching lanes" and hopefully is more clear about what it does and have to be selected in the generator before generating the course.
- Multitool courses saved by older versions will not work, you'll need to regenerate them!
Known Issue:
After reconnecting to the server, the selected lane setting for multitool gets reset and won't show the correct lane, but the tool keeps working on the correct one. This will be fixed in a later version, as we don't want to wait longer with important fixes.

- Added vehicle config option to override default distance from turn end where tight turn offset is applied in 180 turns. Helps with #3173
- Added a vehicle configuration for combines with a pipe or conveyer that folds up from below.
- Combine self unload speed for approaching to the trailer is now set to a maximum of 10km/h or lower depending on the field speed.
- Different code improvements.

- Combine unloader, no collision check for the trailer for the first few meters. (fixes situations, where the unloader drive in reverse for no reason.)

- HUD help menu reworked. Translations have to be remade, sorry to our translators, but we had to do that step. The help menu looks better now though and is more structured for the HUD.
