[DII-782](https://issues.corp.twilio.com/browse/DII-782) Broken
CreateParticipantOptions parameters in v6 of twilio-csharp library
A short description of what this PR does.
In previous versions of the C# library the MessagingBindingAddress and
MessagingBindingProxyAddress properties for the CreateParticipantOptions
class would translated into MessagingBinding.Address and
MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress parameters before submitting to the REST
API.
However, in v6 it is now MessagingBindingAddress and
MessagingBindingProxyAddress which are ignore by the REST API.

[Code
v5](https://github.com/twilio/twilio-csharp/blob/5.81.2/src/Twilio/Rest/Conversations/V1/Conversation/ParticipantOptions.cs#L80-L88)
vs [Code
v6](https://github.com/twilio/twilio-csharp/blob/main/src/Twilio/Rest/Conversations/V1/Conversation/ParticipantOptions.cs#L79-L86).

It should be MessagingBinding.Address and MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress
or it won't work. I'm not sure if there are other APIs that have similar
dot-notations that are affected in v6.

Earlier in case of Enums inside nested classes, the enums were treated
as class. This fix makes sure .to_dict() is added only when the object
is no way an enum.

In twilio-node, read operation does not handle required query params
correctly, see
[here](https://github.com/twilio/twilio-oai-generator/blob/main/src/main/resources/twilio-node/api-single.mustache#L139).
Till now, the existing APIs do not have such use case, but now some APIs
are trying to pass required query params. This needs to be supported in
twilio-node.

1. In C#, for operations having json payload, there used to be a
`vendorExtension`, `x-is-json` which used to be set to `true`. That is
removed in MVR. Now, we are using `bodyParams` are present or not to
detect if the payload is json. This is in coherence with all other
helpers as well
