  • Vote/discuss the proposal? Reminder that we have the expectations for an IG process doc, and Nicole confirmed she had read through them.

    • We’ll leave some space there to take up topics that may come out of the Con, including future direction, roadmapping, etc.
  • Oral Histories: Amy will reach out to a few known I2 orgs that are active in this space if they would be interested for early fall Open Meeting

  • Big picture plan is to extend Kirsta’s contract to give some time to make longer-term decisions
  • Rosie will be guest chair; Rosie and Amy will discuss process
  • Who takes notes in the joint meeting? We have (ICC), since it’s inviting them to our meeting. So we should be clear about that going into the meeting.
  • Gaps in current staffing? What do we see as necessary for going forward?
  • Can we assume the intern program will continue? We’re not sure about the timeline right now
  • We started a doc to list out gaps and also what has been done; we should revisit/reaffirm Terms of Reference this summer
  • We’ll take this up for August
