    • We have a site (thank you Rosie!) and we’re collection content to put in there while we discuss content types and metadata. Maybe something at Sept Open Meeting?

    • Drew agreed to help with some things but it’s not a long term thing

  • Open Meeting: agenda is set
  • Plan for Coffee Talk at August Open Meeting; note-taking, Jamboard
    • Breakout rooms: if folks are a bit quiet, perhaps we could offer that as a way to allow for more conversation

  • We’ll workshop the dashboard a little more with what’s finished and where something lives
  • We’d like to share it and we can tweak the email to better convey the purpose and scope; ahead of Sept Open Meeting
  • Perhaps bring it to the Sept Open Meeting to discuss with the community there for feedback
  • A place to help start discussions, not a finished thing; crowdsource discussions on workflows too (not just development!)

  • Eligibility: your institutional membership (so current members)
    • Sweat equity model allows for someone to be a member without that
    • Ex-Officio type thing to allow Amy to stay on the ICC to help with transition
  • Discussion about what level of membership needed to participate; Amy will take up with LG
  • Some experience with Islandora governance and interest groups is really helpful
