Closing a Sales order panel while an Open request is pending now keeps it closed when that response arrives. A fresh Open still loads normally. The change reuses the existing dialog session helper and preserves page-owned errors, writes, and idempotency behavior.

Adds seven tests covering both Close button branches, same/different target orders, fresh Open, and failure/retry. Updates Help and the in-app glossary in English, Spanish, and Tagalog, plus the product glossary. Live line editor reconciliation is handled separately in #713.

Closes #712.

Validation at 43640c0539f50d20ead65d9d2e1a83effbbdbf03:

  • Driver independently ran all 2,674 frontend tests with coverage, production build, service-worker verification, typecheck, and 50 Node gate tests.
  • Removing either liveness check, or reverting the fix with tests retained, restores all four race failures. Each restoration passes; a harmless control mutation stays green.
  • Chromium reproduces panel resurrection on the previous code and keeps the panel closed on this head. Help/glossary render in all three locales. This browser probe used real route components with mocked HTTP; CI's full-stack Playwright smoke also passed.
  • Independent Claude Sonnet and Claude Opus reviews found no defects on this head. One clean round satisfies the selected review requirement; no driver product edits.
  • Exact-head CI passed: backend build/tests and schema, frontend coverage/build, Playwright smoke, image/Trivy, dependency review, CodeQL, and GitGuardian. Backend/container checks are CI-attested, not locally driver-executed. CodeRabbit skipped this draft and is not counted as a review.

The existing suite had covered Close during write follow-up reads, but did not hold the primary Open response across Close. The new regression tests cover that separate read path.

Prepared for owner review; merge #712 before the dependent #713 change. No merge or auto-merge has been performed.

Summary by CodeRabbit

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The Sales order panel now treats open requests as dialog sessions. Closing the panel prevents an earlier request from reopening it. Tests cover dismissal, fresh opens, failures, and retries. Glossary and localized help text describe the close and reopen behavior.

When fresh order data arrives while a Sales line is being edited, the
editor now closes if the order changes, leaves Draft, or loses that
line. Clean inputs follow the fetched values. Unsaved inputs stay
visible; an observed quantity or price conflict blocks Save until
**reload line** replaces both inputs with the latest fetched values.
Save also checks eligibility and conflicts in its handler.

Help and glossary text describe this behavior in English, Spanish, and
Tagalog. Detection is limited to observed fetches; this does not add
server-side detection of changes made after the last fetch.

Validation:

- Red first: 14 failures and 4 passing controls; green: all 18 new cases
pass, with the original 124 Sales tests retained.
- Full coverage: 119 files, 2,692 passing tests; 91.01% statements,
87.24% branches, 86.29% functions, 93.99% lines.
- Typecheck, production build, service-worker verification, and all 50
Node gate tests pass.
- M0–M9 each fail as intended; harmless-comment control passes.
Temporary handler proof passes with presentation gating removed, then
fails when the handler conflict guard is also removed. Every mutation
and temporary proof is restored; none ships.

Depends on #716. This draft PR is stacked on
`feat/712-sales-open-dismissal`; its base must remain there until the
dependency lands. Independent driver verification reproduced the
original bug on revert, passed the full 2,692-test frontend suite and
mutation controls, and exercised conflict preservation, Reload, Save
payload, and non-Draft teardown in Chromium. Help/glossary rendered in
all three locales. The quantity adapter also preserves NumberField
functional stepper updates.

Playwright and GitGuardian pass on this head. Full CI and CodeQL target
`main` only and still need to run after #716 lands and this PR is
rebased/retargeted. Owner merges.

**Review hold:** Sonnet found no actionable issues; Opus identified a
confirmed retry-key problem: after a successful line-update response is
lost, a later changed payload following Reload can reuse the retained
key and receive 409. Fixing the Sales line-update retry-key lifecycle
requires a bounded expansion of the approved scope, which explicitly
excluded idempotency policy. Owner decision pending; this PR is not
merge-ready.

Closes #713.
