Docs only — the two repo lessons from #703 PR 3's retrospective (#706), landed where reviewers will meet them: a web/README.md section on dialog writes that (1) records the per-screen idempotency-key policies as deliberate (Inventory/Flocks/Grades/Products keep the key on a failed refresh; Expenses/History/Stock spend it on any server answer — owner decision 2026-09-07), so the next review round does not propose normalising them again, and (2) states usePagedList.runWrite's refresh contract (refreshWindow returns { status: "failed" }, never throws), which a #706 review finding got wrong.

No code, no i18n, no behaviour change.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Added guidance for handling dialog actions, including session-aware UI updates and world-state changes.
    • Documented screen-specific idempotency-key behavior across inventory, flock, grade, product, expense, history, and stock views.
    • Clarified refresh-failure behavior when running write operations on paged lists.

Explanation

The description accurately explains the documentation scope, the recorded policies, and the absence of code or behavior changes. However, it does not follow the repository template because it omits the What and why, How it was verified, and Checklist sections.

Resolution

Add the required template sections. State what changed and why under ## What and why; list the verification commands and their results under ## How it was verified; and include the applicable checklist items, with inapplicable items removed or explicitly addressed.
