Newcomers shall have:

• Gift to raise inside the newcomer the positive energy and loyalty beside welcoming it as a new home AKA 2nd family to produce something useful for itself and for the society because it stays a long time (8 hours daily => 40 hours weekly) outside the original home, so it's a proper way.

  • Backpack for Laptop

• An orientation about the company, communication channels to other units (departments) upon need, and other related stuff.

• Stuff from the Internal IT Unit:

  • Clean Laptop (Windows OS based) with Keyboard layout in English language only with specs based on the specialization ready to start working effectively
  • Earphone with high quality.
  • Access control according to his/her title

• Planned and designed Architecture
• Some other useful diagrams (LAZY TERRORISTS 🤣 DO NOT SHOW THEIR INITIAL INTENT)
• CI/CD plan and design if deployment automation is adopted
• Tools to install to start work according to his/her title
