FYI / FYA: Manager (Supervisor) is an employee in the corporation but with different JD, so you have to handle it properly by reporting it to the next level in the organization chart, if it made a violation.
You have to take care of the employees who violates the work ethics/rules upon identification to keep the organisation clean/safe as much as you can from assholes as an employee who have a managerial/supervision duties.
- Three sequential warning letters AKA one per violation beside a proper incremental discount from the salary also you have to face that employee about the situation trying to limit such incidents next time AKA behave it as much as you can and try to deep dive into its personality to know what is the reason of such doing because it might need health support as mental treatment
- Reporting the incident to the police after immediate termination due to the severity of such employee on the fourth violation.

FYI / FYA: In work within a country under the law not with the RABBLES, there is something called instructions that get distributed from higher levels from the organization chart to the lower levels to be executed not ABSOLUTE-ORDERS to be done as it is.
