Cherry-pick of argo-events update and k8s 1.32 to make that work. This is considered a breaking change, but is being picked to release-3.6.
Argo-events 1.91 has a Critical CVE against it, which security tooling therefore says argo-workflows 3.6 has. This is to mitigate that.
