I separated the list above to enhancements, tech debt and bug fixes. So we can focus today and tomorrow morning on the enhancements.

Looking at pending enhancements half of it is related to apps, that are currently shipped with release.
Wouldn't it make sense to release the apps independent? Of course we can bundle them into release, but having it separately means that we only need any NC15 capable app version.
Same like other apps, like News, Mail, …

• acceptance-app-files: timeout; there were no failures in the previous run, so it should be safe. Whoops, I missed that you wrote that there was a timeout in the previous run; I will run them in local to check. - Update: the tests fail, but because they were not adjusted to the changes in Better primary visual on public pages #12316; I will send a pull request with the fix (although this should not block the Beta 1, as the problem is only in the test themselves).
• acceptance-app-files-tags: known problems, will be fixed but not for Beta 1.
• acceptance-users: our friend sh: 1: kill: No such process, ignore.
• sqlite-php7.0-samba-native: codecov timeout, ignore.
