Interaction of cases between tickets

This section describe how a running case (in a ticket) can interact with other running cases (in other tickets).

With the method described here, it's possible for a running case to make other running cases to evolve (or route/derive from one task to another).

This feature is currently not accessible via the web interface and must be coded into the database directly.
