GLPI groups are not synchronized into PM server

Issue

My groups in GLPI:

Solution

1. To be synchronized the groups must be at least visible to 'Tasks' and contain 'Users'

If you want the groups to be notified, don't forget to set the 'Can be notified' to Yes.

2. The 'pmusers' automatic action in 'Setup > Automatic actions' must be either manually executed or scheduled

After an execution (auto or manual), in the Logs tab of the action, you should be able to see the updated groups.

3. Check also in PM server

You should see the groups and the users inside the groups.
