Introduction
This plugin is dedicated to provide a process management linked to tickets, changes and problems. This goal is achieved using a customized ProcessMaker server (https://github.com/tomolimo/processmaker-server). ProcessMaker will provide Process design and Workflow execution. This plugin is the glue between GLPI and ProcessMaker.
Please note that this plugin must be used with the release of ProcessMaker server we are providing, and not with the one provided by the ProcessMaker Community, as we have done some customizations to it to be able to work with GLPI.
Please note that this plugin is not providing any ready-to-use processes: you'll have to define your own processes using ProcessMaker Designer, and then these processes will be (with some configuration) available to be used in GLPI in Tickets and since release 3.3.1 in Problems and in Changes. As a test example, you may use 'Credit Card application' process which is available to download from here with a 'save link as'.
You need to have an installed and running ProcessMaker server instance to be able to use it with GLPI. Please see the ProcessMaker Server Installation wiki to be sure that it will be done in the right way.
