Rubric could define what it means to have multiple stakeholders
Maybe beta features/minor/major could have different counts of stakeholders or org types.
For evaluation, would be good to know what cities are directly interested, vs being pitched to a city as a new feature
While the WGSC uses a 5 star ranking system internally, it's intentionally not mentioned on the rubric page since it's meant to be an internal guiding tool.
For consensus, how many providers are enough? Make sure to tag others on GitHub.
Update the rubric page with:
- mention that the rubric is a guide, and it's fungible.
- for Work, clarify that it's work needed to be done
- WGSC will continue to refine and add more details to the rubric
Blog post: maybe make a summary for the Checkpoint, or an announcement email.
