- 0.5.0 release schedule
Survey to be shared on the NACTO mailing list, and results to be shared hopefully at the next city-services working group session.
- Release process:
- The release candidate is currently in review by the tech concil for validation as an official release. ETA mid Mai, maybe sooner if the tech council validates it before then.
- Operators and cities are welcome to start to implement the current 0.4.1 candidate but should avoid referring to it in permits until the release.
- MDS-core integration:
- Lacuna will make a catch-up PR to integrate code changes since the donation to the OMF and a documentation PR.
- 15 April 2020 target for mds-core merging PRs, mds-core release candidate
- After those two PRs, the maintenance of mds-core will be done by the usual OMF contributing rules.
- PRs:
- Code https://github.com/openmobilityfoundation/mds-core/pull/249
- Docs https://github.com/lacuna-tech/mds-core/pull/202,
- https://github.com/openmobilityfoundation/mds-core/pull/248 ,
- https://github.com/openmobilityfoundation/mds-core/pull/247 ,
- https://github.com/openmobilityfoundation/mds-core/pull/246 ,
- https://github.com/openmobilityfoundation/mds-core/pull/240
- Everyone is welcomed to take part to the discussions on this subject in the dedicated working group:
- Once a consensus is reach inside the dedicated working group, the results will be shared in depth with the city-services and provider-services working groups.
- The next release will probably be a breaking release. The schedule is to be announced in the coming weeks.
