Slice goal

Continue PR-sized -Xlint rawtypes/unchecked cleanup of remaining com.percussion.services.* packages after the publisher cluster lands in #3188.

In scope (pick one coherent PR-sized batch ~40–80 diags)

1. assembly (PSNavHelper, assemblers, jexl residual)
2. contentmgr + legacy (PSContentRepository, PSCmsObjectMgr raw Query/list residual)
3. remaining utils/schedule/workflow + smaller services (menus, notification, relationship, filestorage, siteimport, useritems, linkmanagement, system) follow-ons

Prefer real generics; avoid @SuppressWarnings when types are known.

Out of scope

• server.cache / server.webservices / open server residual PRs
• Generated SqlParser/XpathParser (unless regenerating from grammar)
• Publisher package already typed in issue 2022 residual: services.* Xlint after security batch (#3181) #3188 (unless new residual found)

• One scoped PR; re-file residual if more remains
