PR-sized -Xlint cleanup of com.percussion.services.* residual rawtypes/unchecked (contentmgr / publisher / assembly / security service layer) — outside packages owned by open PRs #3161/#3171.

- Inventory suppressions / raw collections under
system/.../services/**excluding already-clean batches - One coherent package cluster (~40-50 diags) with real generics
- system
mvnw clean installgreen + unit tests
Out of scope
- server.cache (fix(perc-system): type server.cache raw collections (#2877) #3161), server.webservices (fix(perc-system): type server.webservices raw collections (#3160) #3171)
- PSXmlObjectStoreHandler implements residual (issue 2616 residual: PSXmlObjectStoreHandler drop implements + typed ObjectStoreErrorCodes #3177)
