Summary
PR-sized residual after #2993 / PR #3011 (PSSearchDialog rawtypes).
Parameterize PSOptionManager residual raw Collection/Iterator/Map/HashMap in
modules/DesktopContentExplorer. Next coherent consumer after search dialog cleanup; still avoids #2439 PSFolderAclEditorDialog if still In Progress.Parent / links
