Slice goal

Dual-ship Widget XML exit batch C (remaining product): materialize + commit modern widgets/<stem>/ roots for remaining product packages after batch A+B (~20 widgets / ~18 packages): auto-lists, blog companions, comments/liked/commentForm, imageSlider, cookieConsent, jquery/jqueryUI, registration/secureLogin, Result/Redirect.

In scope

1. Confirm compiler goldens already exist for the packages
2. PSWidgetXmlDualShip batch C constants + materialize
3. Commit modern roots; keep install Widget XML (no mass-delete)
4. Parity tests (extend PSWidgetXmlDualShipTest)
5. Document residual modern-root / XML counts on [8.2] Template/assembler Phase 3: eliminate product definition XML packaging #2630
6. modules/perc-packages clean install green

Out of scope

• Full 48-XML deletion
• Shim removal ([8.2] Template/assembler Phase 5: deprecation cleanup and help #2632)
• Native widget install path (separate residual when ready)
• perc.Test (covered by issue 2630 residual: perc.Test modern package compile residual #2830)

Acceptance

• Modern dual-ship roots for remaining product batch (~20 widgets)
• modules/perc-packages clean install green
• Residual count noted on [8.2] Template/assembler Phase 3: eliminate product definition XML packaging #2630 Agent progress (should approach zero modern-root gap excl. Test)
