Slice goal

perc.Test residual: complete modern package compile / packaging for perc.Test (PSWidget_TestProperties), the last product package called out as incomplete after #2802 / PR #2811.

In scope

  1. Inventory modules/perc-packages/.../perc.Test Widget XML + package layout
  2. Compile or dual-ship modern format consistent with peer widget packages
  3. Golden parity test if peers require it
  4. Prefer real modern path; keep dual-run shim only if still required by Phase 3 policy
