Slice goal

Continue Widget XML → modern package compiler coverage for remaining product widgets not covered by baseWidgets (#2751) or the high-traffic batch (#2772), with golden parity in bounded PR-sized batches.

In scope

1. Inventory residual product packages still only on rxconfig/Widgets/*.xml (see widget-xml-inventory.md)
2. Batch convert 1–N remaining packages (blog, calendar, directory, social, forms, auto-lists, poll, login, jquery, …) with goldens — cap PR size
3. Extend compiler only if shapes require it
4. Unit/golden tests in modules/perc-packages
5. Prefer dual-run (keep product Widget XML until install consumes modern packages)

Out of scope

• baseWidgets (issue 2630 slice 2: Widget XML compiler for baseWidgets + golden parity #2751) and high-traffic batch already in issue 2630 slice 6: High-traffic widget XML compiler residual + goldens #2772
• Product Widget XML deletion / dual-run exit (later residual after install path)
• Page/Gadget conversion (siblings)
• Runtime shim (issue 2630 slice 3: Runtime legacy definition-XML shim + dual-run docs #2752)
• Customer third-party widgets

Acceptance

• Additional measurable reduction in un-covered product widget definition XMLs
• Goldens + modules/perc-packages clean install green
• Update parent [8.2] Template/assembler Phase 3: eliminate product definition XML packaging #2630 Agent progress; further residual only if widgets remain
