Update release checklist
ossfuzz: Reduce test input size to less than equal to 600 bytes.
That way we can reuse them at different places
Some missed entries and set version to 0.6.0.
Merge release back into develop
YulOpt: Extend StructuralSimplifier to work with all types
Continue import polish
all the other functions of that type are also found there.
