Adds qBittorrent process uptime to the instance app-info response using Web API 2.15.1 processInfo and displays it in the dashboard instance-card expanded metrics.

Depends on autobrr/go-qbittorrent#112 and the monitored-folders client work landing in go-qbittorrent main before this can pass backend builds.
