feat(peer): run destination schedules webhooks and Spectrum while the creator is offline #384
Description
What: Automation explicitly created on B continues locally within its frozen authority while the creating environment A is asleep.
Why: The approved parent spec identifies a location-dependent ownership or lifecycle gap in this workflow.
So what: Implement this independently provable slice after its native blockers are satisfied; review the exact candidate before integration.
Parent
Outcome
Automation explicitly created on B continues locally within its frozen authority while the creating environment A is asleep. This contributes to every machine and Drafter in one workspace and Promachos directing work across environments.
Elon record
Requirements and who asked: User-requested native cross-machine tool/lifecycle parity, specified and independently approved in #379.
Deleted: Parallel orchestration systems, privilege bypasses, schema-only completion claims and unrelated delivery work.
Bottleneck: This slice's application-service ownership and its stated predecessor contracts.
Checked myself: Source/review evidence in #379 at 3caa62c; actual current base and owned call sites must be rechecked before implementation.
Acceptance criteria
- Mint destination-owned bounded execution authority at live-authorized creation/modification of schedule/webhook/Spectrum; bind project/thread, capabilities, provenance and launchIdentity generation.
- Timer/webhook fires and local Spectrum turns validate the destination record/policy at claim and retry; interactive onward calls retain separate live chain validation.
- Local disable/revoke/known expiry prevents new execution; source-issued disable is durably forwarded and remains unconfirmed until B acknowledges. Preserve disable recovery material across unlink/relink.
- A successor generation may disable old records, never execute as them or broaden frozen ceilings. Bound and fresh scheduled threads inherit only accepted authority.
- Webhook URLs remain owned by B managed tunnel, not fabricated/proxied by A. Disconnect affects return delivery separately from local execution.
Non-goals
Public release/deployment, account/link capability changes without explicit consent, physical-device use, unrelated source cleanup, package version bumps, live user data testing, and declaring the whole parent complete from this component.
Blocked by
None. #380 is review-ready and internally integrated through PR #391 at ac4ce6b (tree identical to both-reviewed 6da62f8). Component proof: #380 (comment). The native #380 edge was cleared by the #379 planner; final outcome acceptance remains pending.
Required proof
Real persisted scheduler/Spectrum service paths with deterministic adapters: A creates B work then disconnects, local timer/webhook/turn executes once, destination disable denies next execution, unreachable source disable remains explicit and reconciles on reconnect. Include focused behavioral checks, sanitized identity-bound evidence and independent exact-candidate review. CI owns repository-wide checks.

What: The #384 read-only map identifies the existing scheduler/Spectrum owners and the shared hooks needed for destination-owned execution.
Why: Timer, outcome-check replay, Spectrum rounds, native credentials and effect claims cross shared authority boundaries, so separate directories alone do not make the planned writers independent.
So what: Parent must settle the requests below before this same worker writes source; implementation, reviews, integration and delivery remain pending.

Receipt migration and same-key retries belong to that owner.Concrete input/result sketch for parent resolution
The smallest requested callee seam is conceptually the following. Names/layout are illustrative and must be agreed by the parent and #381, not implemented from this map:
The service owns persistence/atomicity, current destination policy, exact target checks, and disabled-state transitions; callers provide intent and an action identity rather than manually sequencing validation and storage. Existing ForkCommitPlan/SQL transactions can carry the record mutation with registration/save if parent selects that seam. Candidate private files are
scheduledTasks/automationAuthority.tsplus its behavioral test andpersistence/forkDestinationAutomationSchema.tsplus schema test; these names and ownership are requests, not created files. Shared references/dispatch representation and schema/runtime registration stay with #381.Representative callers and falsifiers
schedule_taskcreates one enabled signed webhook on B with stable key K. B's service atomically stores definition + frozen execution record. A disconnects. A valid delivery to B's managed endpoint logs one delivery and creates exactly one B run under that record; a replay of the same delivery creates none. Local Spectrum register/round replay uses the same pattern with its own exact record and stable register key. Falsifier: a reverse A validation request during local execution, duplicate run, or credential capability absent from acceptance.disable-unconfirmed; reconnect durably applies it and acknowledges once. Falsifier: success inferred from forwarding, recovery obligation deleted on unlink, or retry starts after observed disable.Smallest implementation sequence, pending parent decision

Upstream main has scheduler/webhook service paths but nospectrum/orpeer/PeerAuthorityowner in that inventory. Bounded live open-PR/Issue searches for schedules/webhooks/peers and autonomous work found adjacent proposals, including #16695 link-owned work, #11592 atomic schedule edits, #18820 webhook claim release and #18467 bound provider selection. No destination autonomous-record implementation was identified in this bounded search. These are adjacency findings, not evaluated fixes or candidates to port; complete candidate diff/reproduction review is required before any port. Initial malformed CLI searches were corrected; no mutation resulted.Verified source, not runtime reproduction: absence of a destination automation authority owner and the live-chain collision. No baseline checks were needed or run for this read-only phase. Exact future signatures, migration behavior for unstamped imported automation, retention/authentication across generation replacement, supported negative outcome presentation, and proof-harness composition depend on parent/#381 decisions. They are unresolved interface questions, not cleared blockers. #385 secret reservation changes remain with its owner; preserve existing B token/secret behavior while defining the acceptance transaction seam.
Requirements and who asked: Parent's authorized #384 first phase requires a finite read-only ownership/interface map under approved #379 destination-autonomy contracts.
Deleted: Source edits before ownership, a second scheduler/identity/ceiling algorithm, offline interactive authorization cache, parallel shared writers, blanket descendant bans and broad/live proof.
Bottleneck: A destination-local execution record must reach shared native intake and effect ownership without revalidating offline origins or dropping frozen contributor ceilings; source-disable transport and namespace ownership also need parent resolution.
Checked myself: Exact app/shell identity, clean workspace/base/tree/remotes, current owning records, actual timer/webhook/outcome-check/Spectrum callers and persistence/effect/native authority consumers, unlink/grant lifecycle, upstream main inventory/service and live adjacent proposals. No runtime proof or source implementation claimed.
Stopped after this map. Resume this SAME job through
t3_thread_sendafter parent assigns the concrete hooks/file owners; no PR exists for #384.lukemaj commentedon Oct 17, 2026
What: #381 now has exclusive implementation authority for the lifecycle/shared gateway path; #382 and #384 retain their separate worktrees and wait at the shared-interface boundary.
Why: All three source maps establish actual shared request identity, dispatch, native/effect authority and registration seams, so concurrent end-to-end writes are not yet independent.
So what: Complete a stable native #381 candidate first, then continue the same #382/#384 jobs with concrete shared hooks and one writer; no extra native dependency edge or design-scope change is introduced.
Exact common base ac4ce6b. Maps: #381, #382, #384. Parent read all maps and independently confirmed live-session requestNamespace, Spectrum/outcome-check consumers, volatile uploadOwners, random attachment send identity and remote original-result stop predicates in actual source.
#381's same Sol MEDIUM job resumed ordinal2 through 379-381-ownership-approved-implement-v1 and received final aggregation379-381-map-aggregation-sequence-v1. It owns lifecycle RemoteDelegation, observation/questions/completion/intake/query/projection, source-mediated lifecycle client status/navigation and affected tests; shared packages/contracts, PeerAuthority/Record/McpClient/control frames, global MCP/routing/registrations, orchestration/runtime/SQL initialization/server/ws, map/inventory. Parent retains architecture/interface/topology decisions and final proof/review/integration. No worker rebase/merge or product server/device.
Selected lifecycle boundary follows frozen v5: typed existing-pair observation/replay/ack with launch/grant binding and durable ordered event identity, bounded pages/subscriptions/release and explicit stale/unsupported state; source command transaction commits observation/projection/wake intent; immutable original result plus actual qualified latest real run and truthful children/queue/recovery/request state; existing completion/question/ack/restart policy, one eligible task/run/event wake and monitor exclusion. Same-job send re-arms observation. Stop/cancel retains exact obligations and honest unconfirmed versus destination evidence after first result. No foreign local IDs or fake shell, generic reverse RPC or arbitrary URL proxy. Source-only lifecycle client view uses owned local task identity and qualified resource/cursor, guarded commands and existing services, no saved B credential. #369 owns later response/action policy; #383 consumes typed viewer/media seams later. Negotiated unsupported peers fail before effects. #380 authority and all R1-R8 regressions remain.
#382 retains PeerForwarding and attachment/receipt/stable-request identity domain. #384 ownership explicitly includes scheduledTaskChecks/** as well as scheduledTasks/** and spectrum/**; its concrete requestNamespace consumers use the one #382-derived stable value through shared intake, never a competing identity scheme. No #384 shared authority/gateway writes, no #382 global intake/contract writes yet. Claim/intake/toolkit assignments and external-attempt registration must be settled against actual hooks, not independent caches. Do not build speculative #382/#384 schema scaffolding inside #381 merely to force parallelism. Their maps and prescribed proofs are retained; they resume their same jobs rather than replacement writers when the shared predecessor is stable.
This is routine single-writer scheduling under the user's parallel-when-truly-disjoint condition, not a reopened design, new human gate or claim those outcomes are implemented. Native feature graph remains unchanged after only justified #380 edge clearance. No human response is needed.
Requirements and who asked: User requires complete approved #379 outcomes, one shared contract/topology owner and parallel implementation only when genuinely disjoint.
Deleted: Concurrent edits to one authority/identity/dispatch model, speculative abstraction/hooks and independent false readiness from file separation.
Bottleneck: Shared lifecycle/caller/dispatch foundation and source-only client view need one complete stable implementation before dependent hooks can be proved end to end.
Checked myself: All three actual ownership packets and base/workspaces, concrete namespace/attachment/stop source, clear domain/shared ownership, existing frozen contracts and the precise native graph after #380 integration.

What: Integration now includes current main and reviewed #380/#381/#382; #369 implementation is active and #383 runs a read-only consumer/catalog map.
Why: Pending requests and automation both need shared authority/intake contracts, so #369 is the sole shared writer while the independent #383 map identifies safe browser/device boundaries.
So what: Parent accepts complete slices through both fresh reviews and actual proof; #384 remains stopped until shared hooks transfer, with no new native dependency invented.

What: The parent selects one coupled destination-automation implementation boundary under approved #379v5, using a domain-owned accepted record and the existing shared authority evaluator/native ownership.
Why: Unchanged interactive record IDs require the source online, while a flattened ceiling loses contributor/resource constraints; disable recovery also needs a restricted path after ordinary link retirement.
So what: Assign one new local native implementation job for #384 with the preserved old read-only map and the current seam packet below; independently review its exact complete candidate before integration. No automation, secret or final outcome acceptance is claimed.
Requirements and who asked: User379 and approved384 fix offline destination execution, frozen conjunctive authority, native effects/credentials, disable acknowledgement and successor disable-only semantics. Current user appoints this driver sole topology owner and says the Rocky planner is idle after handoff.
Deleted: A second shared writer, reusing stale interactive IDs offline, fake public envelopes, flattened contributors, ordinary revoked-token authentication, new ambient grants, generic reverse RPC, schema-only completion and waiting on an inaccessible old execution route.
Bottleneck: Implement one coherent accepted-record interpretation across native dispatch, credentials, schedule/check/Spectrum claims and disable recovery, not isolated schema scaffolding.
Checked myself: Read the complete current41KB seam proposal and original384map, actual Authority/context/ownership and scheduler/Round dispatch source; current539frozen2b nativecompilers/requiredreviews pass but CI remains pending. A bounded native Rocky project-list attempt returned capability_denied/peer-link-forwarding fence; no shell agent or route bypass was used. The old384job stopped read-only atcleanac4 with no implementation/PR. New local execution is explicit, not a silent replacement or simultaneous writer.
Selected routine internal boundary: additive domain record service owns immutable accepted definition/contributor graph, exact binding/generation and monotone status; PeerAuthority alone captures/evaluates contributor/resource conjunction and live onward validation. Existing native thread/run/message/effect tables carry internal record references; new local variants have no fabricated transport envelope and legacy rows remain decodable. Schedule receipt/save and Spectrum registration atomically persist acceptance with their existing transactions. Creation-time checks remain live. Each claim/retry/spawn/credential issuance has actual current destination admission, including permanent birth owners covered by the exact accepted graph and unrelated later contributors preserved separately.
Selected disable recovery: retain the original protected link generation/credential identity and registered exact dependency until durable acknowledgement; add only a negotiated private disable/ack receiver/resolver at existing peer-control owners that validates this registered binding after ordinary credentials retire. It cannot authenticate ordinary RPC/tools, read private data, capture/execute/reenable/modify or widen authority. A live successor can disable only with verified stored continuity, never by matching a claimed environmentId. Source obligations precede credential destruction; destination tombstone-before-registration prevents resurrection; uncertain delivery stays unconfirmed. No general revoked-session restoration. Exact internal schema/frame names are reversible implementation details; no costly/public architecture change is authorized.
One complete component covers schedule fresh/bound timer/webhook, checked-task commands/recovery, Spectrum rounds, local disable/expiry, source revoke/unlink/relink and receipt/rollback fencing. Tests use isolated registered native services/SQLite/authenticated deterministic peers and explicit milestones. Real product/client/machine acceptance remains primary-owned. No native385/386 dependency is cleared. Current packet follows as selected input with the clarifications above taking precedence over its illustrative names.
#384 current-seam design input, bounded and read-only
Result and identity
This is one proposed internal design, not implementation, review approval, #384 completion, ownership transfer, or permission to ship. The smallest coherent boundary is a destination automation record service composed with the existing PeerAuthority evaluator and existing native input/effect ownership. Keeping only the old interactive record IDs cannot satisfy offline execution; replacing them with a flattened ceiling cannot preserve conjunctive resource ownership.

Only/tmpscratch was written. The unavailable cross-environment route was not retried or bypassed.Elon record, before recommendation
Requirements and who asked: The user fixes approved #379v5/#384: live-authorized transfer of exact automation authority to B, every modern/legacy contributor preserved, B execution while A is offline, current B policy/disable/known expiry at claim and retry, interactive onward live validation, durable source disable through unlink/relink, native credential/effect ownership, one eventual final PR to main controlled by the parent.
Deleted: A second ceiling calculation, identity owner, scheduler, general offline cache, synthetic public envelope, ambient full-access fallback, generic reverse RPC, distributed revocation transaction, automation lease refresh, blanket descendant ban, source webhook proxy, speculative parallel scaffolding, and conversion of this input into code or acceptance.
Bottleneck: One authority graph must have two legitimate evaluation purposes: destination-local execution of an accepted definition, and live interactive use of its original contributors. Actual bound-thread, native-input/effect and external-check consumers currently know only the latter. Disable recovery also cannot use the current ordinary link resolver after unlink.
Checked myself: Read current live-recursive validation, actual-target resource conjunction, permanent/run/message/effect owner recording, native credential issuance, MCP intake/revalidation, schedule save/fire/manual replay, outcome-check/recovery and shell spawn, Spectrum registration/durable round admission, event/receipt transactions, link replacement/unlink/control transport and session revocation. These are static observations, not executed proof.
Recommendation and the one viable alternative
Recommend a small domain service
DestinationAutomationAuthorityunder the existing scheduled-task/fork domain, backed by additive fork SQL, with PeerAuthority owning acceptance capture and interpretation of its references. KeepPeerDispatchAuthorityas an internal record ID and reuse the existing thread/run/message/effect tables; their values must resolve a typed local-execution record as well as existing interactive records. The automation service owns definition binding, monotone disable and local claim; PeerAuthority remains the sole owner of contributor traversal, intersect, resource predicates, interactive validation and native effective ceilings. No new service owns peer identity or computes a rival ceiling. The alternative is storing the entire automation definition/state in an expanded PeerAuthority record service. It can be made correct, but then PeerAuthority must know scheduler incarnation, fork check versions/payloads, Spectrum launch/member/outbox generations, and definition mutations. That puts automation lifecycle decisions at the transport/authority owner and creates broader circular dependencies. Reject it unless implementation demonstrates that the domain service hides no real invariant. Simply adding
context.type = automationto today's required-envelope struct is not a third viable design: it either fabricates transport fields or still calls A.The concrete integration is one coupled slice. File separation does not authorize simultaneous shared writers. Parent retains topology, final internal interface choice and acceptance; the stopped Rocky worker is not replaced.

mcp/requestIdentity.ts:8,16directly reads envelope/peer fields;mcp/McpRequestReceipts.ts:441,mcp/toolkits/pullRequests/handlers.ts:212,mcp/toolkits/preview/handlers.ts:311,mcp/toolkits/environment/handlers.ts:71andmcp/OrchestratorMcpService.ts:2228use envelope requestOwner negotiation. They must narrow the interactive branch, retaining native keyed semantics for local execution. The stable namespace helper remains authoritative; its new internal branch derives generation from the immutable accepted binding rather than silently falling through tolocal.persistence/AuthSessions.ts:287,394also revokes sessions during atomic replacement, so SessionStore revoke hooks alone are insufficient. Two old-map questions are already resolved by source: Spectrum and checked-task namespace callers now consume the existing stable requestNamespace helper (
spectrum/mcpToolkit.ts:1,131;mcp/OrchestratorMcpService.ts:2377). They need no second identity derivation. Destination autonomous capture, local interpretation and disable recovery remain absent from these traced paths.Representative callers first
The following is proposed caller-shaped pseudocode, not compile-tested code or new public API. Domain services hide capture/commit sequencing from MCP, WS and internal callers; authenticated local human requests use the same owner with their existing policy input.
Common: live schedule acceptance, then offline B execution.
executeis a scoped service operation, not a public callback field. It obtains the record by durable binding, checks B policy/status/known expiry and precise operation/target, builds a local-execution authority reference and provides it only around that dispatch. It supplies an in-transaction admission guard through the existing ForkDispatchPlans for native commit. EffectWorker checks the persisted owner again at actual retry. A real signed B webhook duplicate reuses the existing delivery identity; it cannot mint a second execution certificate or run.Failure: disable after queueing, before retry or spawn.
Already committed native command receipt is read as history; it is not reexecuted to repair a missing round binding. Existing runtime effects that have not executed still check their owner and deny. Distinguish a stopped/disabled future execution from proof that an in-flight OS process ended. Preserve the accepted validation-to-effect interval from v5.
Awkward: existing B thread with modern birth owner C, incoming A+D run and legacy constraint.
B captures the complete accepted conjunction at automation creation: C birth, every incoming message/run contributor A/D, and the legacy predicate if present. Later an automation input on the bound thread has its own local-execution owner. Capture must also include the actual bound thread birth constraints, not only the calling scope. Under that exact record, C/A/D/legacy are evaluated as their frozen acceptance facts plus B current policy; no original source liveness is needed. Any later unrelated incoming input contributes its separate owner, which is not covered by the certificate and still gets its own required live validation. Thread creation ownership stays permanent; only an actual new shell receives automation birth ownership.
The local certificate bounds the exact automation, its runs and permitted local effects, not arbitrary B settings, another project or another automation. Environment operations retain the existing positive full-access/default and explicit operation policy. A blanket ban is not an implementation shortcut. A new automation definition created from an automation run is itself a new live-authorized acceptance, not an extension inferred from local execution.
Concrete internal shape
Schemas own persisted and transport parsing; static types derive from them. Existing types such as PeerCeiling, RequestIdentity, ProjectId, ThreadId, ScheduledTaskId are reused. Illustrative shapes below identify required invariants rather than publishing a contract.
AcceptedResourcePredicateis the existing resource-scope/membership rule plus its exact recorded facts: issuer/session/generation, actual qualified target, accepted creation membership/legacy evidence, not a user-supplied predicate or boolean. Freeze preserves the contributor graph, including dependencies through earlier automation certificates. A cached aggregate ceiling is derived using the existing intersect function and never substitutes for leaf predicates. Known expiry is conservative minimum of all captured known bounds; absence of knowledge is explicit null, not invented infinite validity. Typed construction rejects incomplete contributors, wrong audience, empty/mismatched graph and target/definition changes.QualifiedRecordIdandQualifiedGrantGenerationabove are structural fields using existing environment/record/generation identities, not a rival identity scheme or new global namespace. Certificate IDs derive from B's existing accepted command/request identity plus definition generation; they are not bearer capabilities. No public tool accepts a certificate, FrozenContributor, LocalExecutionAuthority or claimed validation result.Suggested service seam:
ValidatedAcceptance is an opaque server-only one-admission value from successful live capture, bound to the exact intended operation/resource/definition and local fence. It is not persisted as an everlasting live-check result.
acceptmust perform its SQL mutation in the caller's same transaction, never open an independent runtime/connection. For Spectrum, acceptance contributes guards/mutations to registration's existing ForkCommitPlan; for schedules, the same data is inserted within MutationReceipts.accept's transaction. Use one transaction mutation/guard value as the primitive: Spectrum embeds it in ForkCommitPlan and schedules invoke it within their acceptance transaction. The sketch result is illustrative; accept must not both write eagerly and return a plan that repeats the write.New internal execution-record branch, resolving through existing ID bindings:
Only new envelope-free conjunction construction is needed where an automation branch participates. Existing historical context rows remain readable with their original semantics; do not rewrite all authority rows. Constructors share existing composition/intersect logic. All branches are internal server records. The new local branch contains no fake peer, session, envelope or requestOwner. Existing wire scope can retain a narrowed interactive Authority; native scope consumes the internal record union. Exhaustive readers make the distinction explicit in MCP routing, provenance, request identity, pending ancestry, Stop and return code, rather than casting a local branch to an envelope-bearing type.
The critical evaluator rule: locally executing an automation reference supplies exactly its accepted contributor coverage to validation AND resource checks of its associated permanent/run owners. Merely evaluating the new record and then calling today's validate(created) at PeerAuthority:1603 still fails offline. Extra contributors outside that frozen closure remain conjunctive and use their own semantics; coverage never becomes a thread-wide ambient flag. For interactive prepare/checks, expand the original graph and live-validate EVERY original contributor and current route. Return/task pair identity remains its original owner, not a manufactured automation pair.
Capture, persistence, disable and recovery protocol
peer/PeerAuthority.ts:72,742). Extend the negotiated private control validation with an automation-capture variant. Every owner recursively live-validates and attests its contributor facts for this exact B acceptance. This reuses PeerAuthority, authenticated channel and generation checks, not a public envelope field. Bound payload/depth and return unsupported before mutation on old peers.links.resolve, activeSession and enroll paths deliberately reject absent/expired/replaced grants. Therefore add an explicit disable-only recovery path using retained original authentication identity and destination registered recovery binding, or a live authenticated successor with verified continuity to that stored binding. Do not relax normal authenticateRequest, normal resolve, tools/call, prepare or live mutation validation. No generic revoked-token session is restored.scheduledTaskChecks/engine.ts:702).The persistence proposal is additive and internal; no expensive rewrite or public tool API is required. New private control variants and sanitized schedule/Spectrum status are negotiated wire changes owned by the parent/shared writer. Old peers must refuse unsupported autonomous creation rather than silently create unstamped work. Do not retroactively mint offline authority for imported schedules or Spectrum from current ambient modes. Existing ordinary local and imported legacy paths retain their prior checked behavior until explicitly live-authorized modification; any proven old bypass must be denied rather than grandfathered. Rollback must prevent an older reader from executing new-stamped records without understanding them; a startup/version fence or restored compatible artifact/state is required, not silent unknown-field dropping. That compatibility decision needs concrete implementation proof, not a fabricated approval request.
Finite ownership and safe sequence
This is a proposed file boundary for parent assignment, not a write grant.

Hook EnvironmentAuth or ws only if transport result/status changes require it, never as sole enforcement. Shared status schemas and capability declaration reside inpackages/contracts/src/peerAuthority.ts,peerLink.ts,scheduledTask.tsand the actual existing Spectrum result contract. No new public tool or arbitrary authority argument.persistence/Sqlite.tsor existing fork startup registry,orchestration-v2/runtimeLayer.ts,server.ts, existing feature inventory/map. Parent chooses the single startup hook and service layer composition. Keep one SQL resource; avoid PeerAuthority -> schedule runtime -> PeerAuthority constructor cycle by making the local record persistence/check service depend on SQL/policy, with capture orchestration in PeerAuthority.peer/PeerAuthority.workflow.test.tsunder its single shared writer. No UI files are part of this internal packet; feat(peer): complete all-tool cross-machine workflows across web desktop and mobile #386 consumes sanitized truthful status through its own assignment.Safe sequence: (1) parent settles this internal record/evaluator and narrow disable transport with one shared writer; (2) add failing-before native workflow cases at the actual implementation base, then implement one complete schedule acceptance -> offline fresh/bound run -> native credential/effect retry -> disable acknowledgement slice; (3) cover checked-task external effects/recovery using persisted per-run binding, not a schema-only intermediate handoff; (4) integrate Spectrum registration/Color/White/round replay/reopen against the same owner; (5) prove revoke/unlink/relink/restart and mixed versions/rollback before handing hooks back to the same #384 worker for any remaining domain work; (6) parent performs required independent reviews, integration/current-main/client/machine acceptance. No instruction here authorizes an intermediate main PR, merge or delivery.
Meaningful proof and falsifiers, not executed
Use the existing registered toolkit, authenticated A-initiated peer transport, real service/orchestrator/SQLite/native command receipts and event sink, deterministic provider/process adapters at external boundaries. Explicit TestClock/Deferred/persisted event milestones and EffectWorker.drain replace sleeps. These cases reject specific incorrect minimal implementations:
Focused server type/lint/schema and affected native suites follow implementation. No repo-wide command or runtime experiment was run here. Source evidence establishes the missing owners and consumers; it does not prove the proposed record branches, capture protocol or recovery authentication are correct. Both required exact-candidate independent reviews and parent real-client/cross-machine proof remain necessary.
Remaining decisions and stopping point
No new human-owned product or architecture choice is necessary to answer this question: v5 fixes the authorization transfer, scopes, revocation interval, successor disable-only rule and truthful statuses. Internal schema layout, exact private frame names and wiring are reversible parent-owned implementation decisions, bounded above. A broad persistence rewrite, general revoked-credential authentication, public authority envelope/API or new account grant would exceed this recommendation and must be explicitly surfaced if an implementer proposes one.
The load-bearing unproved implementation seam is disable-only authentication after normal credentials/links are retired. Existing code does not already provide it; keeping a token without that restricted receiver/resolver is insufficient. Parent should settle and prove that concrete path as part of the same slice, rather than accept an undefined lifecycle hook or hand it to a second writer. This packet stops with one coherent proposal and makes no change to the stopped Rocky job's ownership.
Seam proposal by Codex/GPT6.1Sol/MEDIUM, parent-read and selected as above; no runtime or independent code-review verdict.

What: The new local #384 writer verified the exclusive clean worktree at the exact assigned base; implementation is not yet complete.
Why: The selected boundary requires one destination-owned accepted graph to reach schedule/check/Spectrum admission, native ownership and restricted disable recovery together.
So what: This writer continues the complete assigned component; parent retains topology, reviews, CI, acceptance and integration, and no dependency edge is cleared.

What: #384 is not implemented; a real signed destination webhook reproduction demonstrates loss of native accepted authority, with the exclusive branch restored clean to its assigned base.
Why: The webhook successfully creates a destination run after the source control connection closes, but native
PeerAuthority.checkThreadreturnsundefined; the accepted authority is absent rather than destination-owned.So what: Continue the same assigned local implementation job from this evidence before creating a component candidate; no PR, approval, integration, dependency clearance or completion is claimed.

What: The #384 implementation scope now includes the existing Spectrum command interceptor for fresh reopen and generation acceptance.
Why:
commandPlan.tsowns the actualthread.unsettleand explicit-message transition to active status with an incremented generation; the previously named Controller is not that owner. So what: The same active Sol MEDIUM author continues the complete #384 component with this exact additional path, retaining parent-owned topology, proof and independent review gates.
Requirements and who asked: Approved #379/#384 require fresh live contributor acceptance for a reopened destination-owned automation generation, with atomic acceptance before effects.
Deleted: A new reopen service, new Spectrum features or modes, bypasses of existing report and drain guards, and a broader ownership extension.
Bottleneck: Capture must happen at the actual command interceptor before native SQL commit and its acceptance mutation must accompany the existing ForkCommitPlan.
Checked myself: Read current
apps/server/src/spectrum/commandPlan.tslines 90-300: resume selection, report/drafter drain guards, status active/generation increment, and the returned spectrumPlan with expected revision/generation. apps/server/src/spectrum/commandPlan.ts, solely typed #384 reopen/generation admission. Existing authorized tests may exercise this seam; further source owners must be reported first. Existing selected boundary 3846271372731 remains authoritative. Capture remains outside SQL, source dependency registers before attestation, and acceptance commits atomically with existing state/events/outbox. Denial must leave generation/status/events/effects unchanged, without bypassing report delivery, abandonment or drain guards.Correction: the original finite grant named Controller for this behavior without including its actual interceptor owner. This is an owner-map correction within approved acceptance, not a new product decision or a reason to add a second lifecycle owner. The remedy belongs in the current component and its public-path proof; no global instruction or preference change is needed.
The author reports signed offline webhook execution, credential narrowing and durable B disable acknowledgement after unlink/OAuth revocation, plus 56 scoped engine/integration passes. What: Exact original recovery must keep the paired replacement address after ordinary link expiry too.
Why: The first route repair added an unnecessary expiry condition to address knowledge; TestClock now proves ordinary resolution correctly refuses expiry while private recovery incorrectly falls back to the unavailable old endpoint.
So what: Remove that condition only from recovery route selection, retain the original credential/dependency and every ordinary authentication check, then seal fresh complete proof.
Requirements and who asked: The approved selected disable-only contract retains original protected recovery identity after ordinary link/session retirement. SolR4 requires separating destination reachability from credential/generation lifetime.
Deleted: The author-introduced requirement that a stored paired address needs a currently executable ordinary link. No expired ordinary authentication, successor credential use, or descriptor-only address discovery is added.
Bottleneck: PeerLinks recovery's new ordinary-row expiry predicate.
Checked myself: expired-paired-route-before.log, actual registered relocated-B fixture: ordinary resolve returns reason expired under TestClock at the stored link expiry plus1ms; exact original recovery then fails unreachable because only the old503 endpoint is selected. No policy/authority mock, SQL expiry write, sleep or provider is used.
The current row proves the primary address completed explicit OAuth pairing; expiry withdraws ordinary authority, not that stored route fact. Recovery may probe that primary and the original retained routes, always requiring the matching descriptor. Only the original protected credential is returned/sent, and the exact registered dependency plus durable matching ACK still own permission and confirmation. This is the same existing owner, no new path or public/wire change. The interrupted second full run remains separate under intermediate-before-expired-route; no partial run is counted as final proof.

What: #384 R4 repairs are committed locally at 078569d and the exclusive workspace is clean and stopped.

What: Sol R5's repeated-unlink recovery finding is accepted on published078569d.
Why: The new primary route lives only in the ordinary G2 row; unlink deletes it, while retention and G1 resolution cannot preserve that paired address for the older pending obligation.
So what: The same #384 author repairs this finite existing route/retirement consumer; Opus receives a fresh independent frozen078 review, and any repaired candidate needs BOTH new complete reviews.
Requirements and who asked: Approved #384 selected6271372731 and original exact DISABLE/ACK contract retain proved recovery material through unlink/relink until exact acknowledgement. SolR5 full report supplies a registered counterexample to the R4 repair.
Deleted: Successor bearer retention/use, generic revoked auth, unpaired alternate promotion, new recovery services, broader operation grants, timed infinite-retry claims and approval transfer.
Bottleneck: Existing PeerLinks retirement/address-lifetime ownership loses proved route knowledge.
Checked myself: Full Sol report, current resolver/retire/unlink source, actual probe assertions/raw completed1-pass reproduction/exit and exact-original401/403/200/ACK controls. Probe intentionally asserts defective outcome, so exit0 is reproduction, not clearance. Sol read full supplied history but whole source/test/consumer inspection remains incomplete.
Repair stays within existing PeerLinks route/retirement lifecycle and meaningful owned tests. Retain only appropriately proved paired-primary route knowledge needed by original outstanding obligations across replacement, another unlink and service reconstruction. Preserve exact original credential/generation/dependency, matching descriptor, no-successor/no-alternate rules, ordinary revoked denial and matching durable ACK. Design at existing owner before editing; no new service/public authority path. Add genuine red/green repeated-unlink/reconstruction regression alongside current relocation/expiry and security controls. Retain all823 passes/2 existing skips/181native7files and strict historical/modern/legacy/onward/native positives, exact compilers/scoped checks/manifest. No timeout/worker/partition/test weakening.
Parent verified source author and reviewer stopped, workspace clean at078; existing author resumes sole writes there. Opus must inspect immutable078 Git objects or its own archive, never the moving author tree. Full source/history review remains required per candidate, actual CI/client gaps open, no integration or #385 clearance.

What R5 repairs loss of an already paired recovery route when a replacement link is unlinked.
Why The current resolver reads the replacement primary only from the ordinary link row, which retirement deletes when that replacement has no obligations of its own.
So what The sole author will prove and repair the existing PeerLinks lifetime owner, commit a local stopped checkpoint, and hand publication and both fresh full reviews to the parent.
Requirements and who asked Parent disposition #384 comment 6281224396 requires original-generation exact DISABLE/ACK to remain deliverable after replacement, repeated unlink and reconstruction, with ordinary revoked calls denied.
Deleted No successor credential retention/use, unpaired alternates, new protocol/service/loop, new authority system, or execution permission.
Bottleneck Paired-primary route knowledge is owned by an ordinary row whose lifetime is shorter than outstanding original disable obligations.
Checked myself Read both R5 records in full, actual PeerLinks link/unlink/retirement/resolver, and full retained native probe. The reviewer probe asserts the defect, so a new expected-success native test must fail before the production repair.
Owner design: add one nullable paired-primary route field to the existing private retired-link row, with additive migration for existing databases. Successful OAuth link acceptance records only its primary origin on older retained generations with an unacknowledged exact obligation to the same destination. Before deleting or replacing an ordinary row, snapshot its paired primary onto those outstanding original generations in the existing SQL transaction. The original protected credential, generation, dependency and original link stay unchanged; replacement credentials follow their existing deletion rule. The recovery resolver considers this one stored paired route alongside the current paired primary and original routes, still checks the destination descriptor and exact pending generation before releasing the original recovery identity. Acknowledged generations cannot resolve; the extra route is cleared when that no-obligation condition is observed. One route per retained generation bounds storage and avoids an expanding address history. Existing private receiver and exact ACK checks remain authoritative.
Representative calls: G1 pending -> G2 paired at new origin -> G2 unlink -> rebuilt owners resolve G1 at that origin using G1 token -> actual drain receives exact durable ACK. Ordinary G2 resolve fails; G2 secret is removed; wrong generation/descriptor/tuple and ordinary G1 MCP remain denied. Existing same-endpoint and relocation/expiry cases remain unchanged.
Upstream: main e37a7a4f71cb20c483e101e13d57ccf3598ab832 has no PeerLinks.ts (404); bounded open PR and Issue searches are retained in upstream-research.json. No port selected.

What: #384 R5 route-retirement repair is committed locally at cc7ad77; the exclusive workspace is clean and stopped.
Why: Unlinking a replacement generation discarded its proved primary route even while an older generation still needed it to deliver an exact disable.
So what: The parent owns publication, BOTH fresh complete Sol and Opus MEDIUM reviews, current-head CI and budget, alignment and final clients; no approval or blocker clearance transfers.
Requirements and who asked: Approved379v5/384 selected6271372731 and accepted SolR5 parent disposition6281224396 require original-generation exact DISABLE/ACK to survive replacement, repeated unlink and reconstruction while retaining all denials and immutable ownership.
Deleted: Successor bearer promotion or retention, descriptor-only discovered addresses, replacement alternates, new service/protocol/loop/authority, dropped cases, timeout/worker changes and approval transfer.
Bottleneck: Existing PeerLinks ordinary-row lifetime was shorter than the outstanding original disable obligation.
Checked myself: Read FULL SolR5 report6281203879 and binding parent6281224396, actual route/retirement/link/unlink owners, full retained probe and raw results; reproduced a genuine failing-before native regression, repaired the owner, and executed the full current affected proof below.

Repair: existing private fork_automation_retired_links gains one nullable paired_primary_origin field with additive old-schema migration. Successful OAuth pairing records only that primary origin for retained original generations with an unacknowledged exact obligation to the same destination. Before ordinary replacement/unlink deletes a row, the same existing transaction snapshots its primary for those original generations even when the departing generation has no obligations of its own. The resolver reads the original protected identity and generation exactly as before, requires an unacknowledged original dependency, and may reach it at this retained paired primary after the ordinary row disappears. It still verifies the destination descriptor. Current ordinary-primary and original-route behavior remain intact. No replacement bearer is copied or kept; ordinary replacement secret deletion is unchanged. One route per retained original generation bounds the route fact; acknowledged generations cannot resolve and the extra route is cleared when that condition is observed. Private receiver, tuple/generation/dependency, tombstones and durable matching ACK checks are unchanged. All other strict execution/birth/conjunction consumers are unchanged by R5.
Changed paths only: apps/server/src/peer/PeerLinks.ts and apps/server/src/peer/PeerAuthority.automationSchedules.workflow.test.ts. No new tracked paths, fixture extraction, partition, weights, test timeout, worker or CI configuration changes. Documentation remains accurate because this repairs the already promised behavior. All138 native declarations at078 retain AST identity exactly once across7 files, plus one new declaration/case. All181 prior native cases and other642 current passes remain in the complete selection.
New native oracle: actual registered OAuth/auth/schedule/SQLite owners create G1, persist its pending exact disable, retire/revoke its ordinary session, and pair G2 at a rehosted fixture endpoint. A deterministic HTTP adapter makes only the original origin unavailable. It exercises migration from the pre-R5 retired-link schema with the G2 row still present, unlinks G2 with no own obligation, proves its secret deleted and ordinary resolve denied, rebuilds owners and resolves G1 at the paired new origin with the original G1 token/generation. It pairs/unlinks a further generation with an unpaired alternate, reconstructs again, refuses a changed descriptor without trying the alternate, and drains the actual delivery owner to an exact durable ACK. The source obligation clears only after matching ACK, B stores one ACK, and acknowledged recovery resolves no longer. Original-token ordinary MCP401, wrong definition tuple403 and duplicate exact DISABLE200 remain checked. Existing R4 relocated/expired ordinary-link and same-endpoint recovery cases are retained unchanged. This is fixture endpoint rehosting, not an actual OS migration or production probe.
Genuine failing-before: red-final-baseline.log/exit and red-final-command.json bind the FINAL regression bytes to published078 PeerLinks, with unchanged Git HEAD. It fails with PeerLinkError reason unreachable after unlink, not an auth/setup failure. The candidate owner is preserved outside the worktree, restored in finally and hash checked. red-final-test.ts and red-final-baseline-owner.ts preserve exact inputs. The initial red-native.log was a generated syntax setup failure, corrected before behavioral reproduction; it is not counted as product red. red-native-behavior.log is the earlier genuine failure. green-recovery.log passes existing R4 relocation plus the new case; green-migration-lifetime.log passes the stronger reconstruction checks. Final full native proof uses the final exact source and is authoritative. feedback-dispositions.json separates those outcomes and the corrected initial gh search argument error. No failures were hidden or assertions weakened.
Proof directory: /home/luke/.local/state/chromeria-379-proof/384-r5-route-retirement/ . What: Sol R6 finds a required #384 expiry-wakeup defect on cc7ad77; the same component author has accepted a bounded repair.
Why: The existing disable driver parks on an empty pending batch, and a durable known expiry cannot wake it without another mutation.
So what: Repair the existing delivery/deadline owners, preserve strict authority and all retained regressions, then require both fresh complete reviews and current CI before integration.
Requirements and who asked: Approved379v5/384 selected6271372731 protocol step5 explicitly requires source expiry to persist and forward exact disable alongside revoke/replacement/unlink, supporting remote destination automation.
Deleted: New service/scanner/protocol, generic scheduler, replacement credentials, relaxed ordinary authentication, dropped tests, changed concurrency/timeouts/CI ceilings and approval transfer.
Bottleneck: A durable future deadline has no wake path after the existing owner parks.
Checked myself: Full Sol report #555 (comment), actual PeerMcpClient recovery/start/link-event loop, DestinationAutomationAuthority pending SQL/registerDependency, PeerAuthority capture expiry propagation, complete finite TestClock/actual SQLite/driver probe, raw log and all8 artifact hashes.
Accepted F1 P2: exact known future expiry is stored but remains pending0/ACKnull after two hours advanced clock, scans2/attempts0. Explicit unchanged production drain immediately delivers and stores matching ACK. Probe deliberately asserts defect exit0, not passing-fixed proof. It uses actual durable and driver owners with deterministic resolver/HTTP/typed authority facade, omitting environment reconnect; it is not a native OAuth/schedule/provider/client proof. Production capture owners supply the same expiry. Destination already independently denies expired execution, so this is failed durable confirmation, not demonstrated permission escalation. Reviewer whole coverage is explicitly INCOMPLETE under early-blocker allowance; no reviewed clearance transfers. R5 route repair observations stand only as inspected behavior/proof.

What: Opus R6 on #555 cc7ad77 ends with no WHOLE verdict and no supported finding; this does not approve the component.
Why: The reviewer left substantial native test bodies and some production regions unread, so the required complete independent scope is unfinished.
So what: Continue the accepted Sol R6 expiry-wakeup repair; require both new complete Sol/Opus MEDIUM reviews on the changed candidate, explicitly including all remaining test and production bodies.
Requirements and who asked: The user and recorded #379 policy require complete independent exact-candidate review before component integration; approved #384 requires durable expiry-triggered disable confirmation.
Deleted: Treating no finding as approval, transferring route-only observations to the whole candidate, completing review on a known-blocked superseded candidate, and asking the user to waive coverage.
Bottleneck: Existing-owner expiry wakeup repair followed by genuinely complete current review coverage.
Checked myself: Full Opus report #555 (comment), terminal task with no pending child runs, clean frozen workspace at cc7ad77. Parent previously verified the full R5 diff/46source43test86artifact bindings/red-green proof independently and accepted Sol R6's separate supported expiry defect.
Opus read full inherited packet, complete R5 diff, PeerLinks and DestinationAutomationAuthority and most production diffs. It found no supported R5 defect, but explicitly did not complete remaining PeerAuthority regions, peerEffectAuthority, ScheduledTaskChecks/docs diffs and roughly17k lines of moved/new native test bodies. No probes/tests executed; affected824 proof reused. Its missing coverage neither rebuts Sol F1 nor clears the component. Parent does not elevate the report's universal historical test-reading claim beyond its explicit own-round coverage gaps. Preserve full report including notes about bounded single retained route, accepted paired-origin/descriptor trust model, and harmless stale route storage after ACK. No new implementation requirement is selected from those notes.
Both R6 tasks are terminal: Sol REQUEST_CHANGES/WHOLE incomplete6281729147, Opus noWHOLEverdict/coverage incomplete6281772110. Aggregate review staysfailure on cc7ad77, targeting Sol supported blocker. No new review on known-blockedcc: the same384 source owner already runs ordinal14 repair under accepted #384 (comment) . The next candidate's BOTH full review packets must retain original brief and every finding/response/unresolved objection unabridged, and explicitly require sequential full source/test-body inspection rather than treating AST hashes or prior source passes as complete coverage. Both source authors remain disjoint (#383 intake, #384 expiry). Latest-main integration, #531 readiness, remaining slices, actual client proof and final cumulative approval PR are still outstanding. No readiness, merge, blocker clearance, deploy/restart/live-data action.

What: R6 repairs known-expiry wakeup inside the existing #384 recovery driver and durable obligation owner.
Why: An empty pending batch parks indefinitely even when durable registered authority has a future deadline.
So what: The sole author will prove automatic exact disable/ACK, retain the full affected selection, then stop at a local clean WIP; parent owns publication and both new complete reviews.
Requirements and who asked: Approved #379/#384 selected6271372731 step5 and parent accepted SolR6 disposition6281750472 require source expiry to persist and deliver exact DISABLE/ACK, including later registration and reconstruction. Current user retains fairness32/concurrency4/attempt10s/retry2s and all permission denials.
Deleted: A periodic scan, generic scheduler, new service/protocol/authority, new machine automation, successor credentials, relaxed authentication, timeout/worker/weight changes and transferred review approval.
Bottleneck: The scoped PeerMcpClient worker owns delivery but only waits on mutation notifications after an empty scan; the SQL owner has authoritative deadlines but exposes no next-deadline view.
Checked myself: Full338420-byte inherited/current packet in sequential untruncated chunks, full SolR6 and OpusR6 plus parent dispositions, all8 retained Sol artifacts rehashed, complete probe and raw final/setup logs, current pending/register/capture/start/events/ACK owners and actual outer transaction boundaries. OpusR6 has no supported finding and no WHOLE verdict or approval; its route notes add no requirement.
Choose the existing single driver with a deadline-aware parked wait. Reject an always-running periodic scan: it performs SQL work with no registered deadline and is unnecessary. DestinationAutomationAuthority adds nextDisableDeadline, an Effect returning the earliest epoch-millisecond deadline or null over unacknowledged, non-pending obligations. It derives originating expires_at, indexed immutable certificate expiresAt, and indexed actual auth-session expiry at the durable owner. Grant expiry is security invalidation for both birth and execution, consistent with claim checks; add its corresponding expiry promotion to pending so the deadline view and transition agree. No lifecycle-retirement purpose changes. Already pending/ACKed/deleted rows have no parked deadline, preventing expired-deadline hot loops.
PeerAuthority forwards that typed deadline view. Its existing capture registration sites publish the existing automationChanged notification only after their enclosing SQL transaction commits, including relay reservations and originating modern/legacy registrations. Domain remains SQL/policy-only and does not import the event bus. A nested registerDependency tap would notify before its outer transaction commits, so it is rejected. ACK already publishes after durable acknowledgement; native acceptance and policy/revocation owners already publish after their commits.
PeerMcpClient retains one scoped worker and sliding wake queue. A nonempty batch retains the exact existing2s retry. After an empty batch it reads the durable next deadline and races Queue.take against Effect Clock sleep until that deadline; null parks solely on Queue.take. It recomputes from storage after either winner. Notifications queued between scan/read/wait remain observable; a simultaneous notification/deadline simply rescans durable state. Failed storage queries keep the existing bounded2s retry rather than converting unknown into no work. No network occurs under SQL locks, and scope cancellation owns timer/queue cleanup.
Caller examples: startup with stored expiryT -> empty scan -> waitT -> actual pending promotion/delivery -> exact durable ACK -> no deadline/park. While parked without work, a capture commits expiryT2 and publishes -> waitT2; an earlier captureT1 interrupts/rearms that wait. ACK/removal excludes a deadline; reconstruction rediscovers remaining durable deadlines without process-local registration state. Certificate-indexed and grant-indexed expiries use the same owner, strict purposes and exact original dependency.
Proof: first genuine expected-automatic-ACK failure on frozencc, converted from the defect-asserting probe; real migrated SQLite/actual production driver/TestClock, deterministic external adapter only. A registered native OAuth/schedule capture proves actual expiry population and automatic original exact ACK without explicit drain/unrelated wake. Add late/earlier registration, simultaneous notification/deadline, ACK/removal/reconstruction and origin/certificate/grant domain controls. Preserve every139 prior native declaration/182cases and824passes, all seven partitions/weights, compilers/scoped checks/rollback/fork/8shard membership. No real services/providers/data/grants.

Checked myself: Full338420-byte inherited/current packet sequentially untruncated, full SolR6 report6281729147 and parent6281750472, full OpusR6 report6281772110 and parent6281782011, all8 Sol artifact digests and complete raw probe/setup results, actual registration/transaction/notification/expiry/driver/ACK lifetimes, genuine native failing-before and final registered auth/SQLite/driver/TestClock proof, actual package compilers and all source/test/artifact bindings.
This is the current canonical stopped handoff, superseding6281521920 for current candidate state. Prior sealed evidence remains unchanged and historical. The original selected design and every prior binding repair remain in force. Pre-edit owner/API/Elon decision: #384 (comment) . Configuration readback remains codex/gpt-6.1-sol/reasoningEffort medium through T3 Code/Codex, full-access/default, retained in configuration.json. No subdelegation or alternate provider/access route.

Same branch feat/384-destination-authority-current and sole workspace /home/luke/.t3/worktrees/chromeria/feat-384-destination-authority-current. Explicit local WIP, no version bump/push/rebase/retarget/merge. Precommit live PR555: OPEN, published cc7ad77, base feat/379-cross-machine-parity at 60c0cc5, no closing linkage. Parent alone publishes the new local candidate.
Repair at existing owners:
File coordination: PeerAuthority.ts edits finished/released after the clean WIP commit, with explicit parent notice384-r6-peer-authority-file-release-694f80d-v1. peer-authority-release.json/diff bind exact cc7..candidate changed regions, Git blob and SHA256. Only the API declaration, forwarding and four post-outer-transaction notifications changed; recheckInvocation's local caller predicate is untouched. The author will not edit or format that file again without parent coordination. Parent may coordinate #383's separate minimal predicate repair; no overlapping source edit is made here.
Only five R6 paths changed: peer/PeerAuthority.ts, peer/PeerMcpClient.ts, peer/PeerAuthority.automationSchedules.workflow.test.ts, scheduledTasks/DestinationAutomationAuthority.ts and its existing test. PeerLinks, PeerLinkEvents, credential/live-auth/acceptance/fence/conjunction/Spectrum and all other production owners are untouched by R6. No new tracked path, CI/test-runner/timeout/worker/partition/weight change, source plan or research asset.
Native new coverage (four cases): actual OAuth-paired peers, public registered schedule capture, actual migrated SQLite, real PeerAuthority and actual production PeerMcpClient.start/private DISABLE receiver, with only external HTTP timing handled deterministically. The fixture sets a synthetic source link's future expiry before capture, then proves capture itself populates the exact obligation expiry. Reconstructed recovery parks and later autonomously promotes/delivers/ACKs it without explicit drain or unrelated wake. Another driver starts empty: actual modern capture registration wakes it; a later earlier registration rearms it; simultaneous notification/deadline still obtains exact durable ACK. A genuine receiver ACK for the remaining future obligation is recorded through the source ACK owner while its timer is armed, and cancels that deadline without an extra driver attempt. Two-hour postcompletion advancement shows parking/idempotency. Existing ordinary expired-link denial is asserted; real revoked ordinary-auth denial remains in the unchanged prior native controls. Actual authority Effects are instrumented only to await read/selection milestones, never replaced with successful policy results.
Six new SQL-owner cases cover originating, certificate birth/execution and grant birth/execution deadlines, exact-boundary promotion, reconstruction, earlier registration, ACK/removal cancellation and no stale due selection. Domain certificate/grant cases exercise actual persisted owner behavior; the new registered native automatic-delivery cases exercise originating capture expiry. They are not claimed as native capture of every certificate/legacy variant. Existing historical/modern/legacy/Spectrum/conjunction/security/fairness/route/rollback cases are all retained and rerun.
Failing-before: red-native.log/exit is a genuine expected-automatic-progress failure on frozencc, after registered capture and actual parked start: the deadline passed but SQL was still pending0/ACKnull. red-native-test.ts and red-source-bindings.json bind exact test bytes, argv/cwd and baseline production Git blobs/SHA256. This new test asserts the positive contract, unlike the reviewer's defect-asserting exit0 probe. The first repaired run checked SQL before an authoritative deadline-read/selection milestone; it is retained as feedback, not green proof. Startup queue sequencing is preserved and the final test explicitly awaits actual read/selection Deferred milestones before its SQL assertion and exact ACK. The stronger final regression adds late/rearm/cancellation controls. An intermediate cancellation fixture incorrectly used yield* with an existing synchronous decoder:9passed/1fixture failure; corrected at the caller, then all10 new controls pass. Raw feedback stays separate in feedback-dispositions.json/regression-command-results.json. No policy, authority, receipt or effect under test is mocked, no sleep/poll timer is used in tests, and no manual drain substitutes for automatic recovery proof.

All seven earlier sealed manifests are rehashed unchanged. Exact argv/cwd/start/end/exits are in final-command-results.json and additional command records. Review state: SolR6 is REQUEST_CHANGES with accepted expiry F1 and incomplete WHOLE coverage. OpusR6 reports no supported finding and NO WHOLE verdict, NO APPROVE and NO REQUEST_CHANGES because coverage is unfinished. No OpusR5 verdict occurred. OpusR6's harmless stale-route/single-route/trust observations add no implementation requirement; the full report and parent disposition are retained in authority-6281772110.json/authority-6281782011.json. Neither review transfers to this changed candidate. Parent owns BOTH NEW complete Sol and Opus MEDIUM reviews, including full remaining production and test bodies; hashes/AST preservation are not substitutes for independent reading.
Limits: affected proof is not whole CI/release, real clients/providers/machines, OS crash or rolled-back product binary proof. Two pre-existing real-snapshot opt-ins remain unset; no live snapshot was read. Original2b/c93 rollback checks run actual decoder acceptance/refusal boundaries only. Browser-required ServerCookieMirror integration remains excluded, with current permitted auth/CookieMirror suites included. Prior R4-specific Spectrum toggle/broadening variants remain unexecuted beyond the existing Spectrum suite. Destination already denies expired execution; R6 repairs source durable confirmation and demonstrates no permission escalation. Unknown/unconfirmed history is never called success. No product/dev/installed server, browser/device/Metro, hardware, provider/account/credential change, live data/existing grants, persistent machine automation, alternate route or other/reviewer workspace was used or changed.
All author commands ended, Git is clean and source writer stopped at the exact local checkpoint above. PR555 remains linked and unwatched. No push, topology, review/status/readiness/approval, dependency/#385 blocker clearance, merge/deploy or issue closing. Parent owns next publication, both new complete reviews/current CI, alignment, clients and final acceptance. Authored by Codex gpt-6.1-sol MEDIUM through T3 Code/Codex harness.

What: Both independent MEDIUM reviews give WHOLE APPROVE to #555 at694f80d0783d18847c50337d233bd8b537c8d16a; exact-head CI and transfer checks pass.
Why: Complete current production, test-body, consumer and material-history inspection supports the selected bounded destination automation and expiry recovery contract.
So what: Integrate this reviewed backend component only into feat/379-cross-machine-parity; retain #384 open and all cumulative/client/latest-main/final-approval gates.
Requirements and who asked: User explicitly authorizes reviewed component merges into the integration branch, requires a different-family independent review, and forbids merge to main/deploy/restart/live-data changes.
Deleted: Approval transfer, main delivery, optional test cleanup before integration and any waiver of final combined acceptance.
Bottleneck: Integrate approved384 once, then align/revalidate unpublished383 against its actual new base before both new reviews.
Checked myself: Full Sol #555 (comment) and Opus #555 (comment); current head/base/tree/mergeability, full five-path repair/proof bindings, complete source/test coverage records, raw Opus paused-manual probe, run39361106103headsuccess and all8serverjobs under600seconds, trusted transfer694fallceilings.

Optional Opus note accepted OPTIONAL/UNSELECTED: moved runtime382-F1 test contains stale enable-before-remote-run-now fixture, so lacks the original paused oracle.
