fix(adapter-node): bundle SvelteKit when declared as a dependency

• #17068 moved production-dependency externalization into the initial server build, so declaring @sveltejs/kit as a dependency left its runtime imports unresolved in copied output.
• Ordinary production dependencies intentionally remain external (#17069), while Kit itself has historically been bundled (#3144, #9242); filter only Kit rather than bundling every dependency.
• Excluding the Kit package before generating deep-import matchers covers its root and subpath imports across eager server entrypoints and lazy route chunks.
