Completely removes all references to Twittter integration and tweepy, as Twitter is no longer a functioning website. Resolves #218

Twitter sucks now, and we can't really integrate with it anymore unless we wanna spend a gorillion dollars for an API key, which we will not do.

Should be done after tests (#161) are merged, and should close #67, #88, #124, and #164. Afterwards, close out https://github.com/users/super-cooper/projects/2
