A thread can show up in the chat two ways, and they looked different. A thread attached in the composer, or to a sent message, is a thread context chip with a generic chat-bubble icon. A t3-thread:// link written in a message or reply is link-blue text with the thread's project icon.

MarkdownThreadLink still resolves the thread itself: decoded ids, cross-environment refs, the live title with the link text as fallback, and the copy text. It now renders the shared ThreadContextChip instead of a bare Link, so thread links get the chip's pill, accent, "Thread no longer available" tooltip and router navigation.

ThreadContextChip now looks up the thread's project and shows its ProjectFavicon (favicon, monogram or emoji), falling back to the chat-bubble icon when the project isn't known. Links already showed the project icon, so this keeps it, and it brings the icon to composer and attached-thread chips. Mobile does the same in #22243.

Chat markdown colors every link with --info-foreground from an unlayered rule, which also beat the chip's own text color, so thread chips rendered as links (including attached-thread chips in sent messages on main) had link-blue text. That rule and its hover underline now skip links that contain a context chip label, so chips in chat look like normal chips.
