Issue #, if available:

Auto provide license header for new file using IDE copyright profile feature
Hack: create a dummy java file for licenseHeaders check to actually work... Not exactly sure why this check can work after adding one java file, better way is to understand the source code and make code change there. But don't have time for this release.
