• Bump Java Parent version from 30 to 32.
• Fixed PMD errors that were newly reported as part of the change (Updated PMD ruleset and removed unsupported rules and added new rules okta-java-parent#449) brought in by the above upgrade.
• Bump Jackson from 2.17.0 to 2.17.1
• Bump Bouncycastle from 1.78 to 1.78.1
• Bump JJWT from 0.12.5 to 0.12.6
• Bump Okta Commons from 1.3.5 to 1.3.6
