dnascope-longread is a variant calling pipeline offered in the sentieon-cli package: https://github.com/Sentieon/sentieon-cli/blob/main/docs/dnascope-longread.md

sentieon-cli is a python package that uses the sentieon tool together with other dependencies to implement a number of pipelines. I suppose then my proposed module should be added under a new tool name modules/sentieon_cli rather than existing modules/sentieon?
