epic(llc): AutoBot LLC — Autonomous Company Operating System #8204

Closed

Description

@mrveiss

Overview

AutoBot LLC is a new first-class module that turns AutoBot into a complete autonomous company operating system. It layers a company-centric, goal-anchored, budget-governed control plane on top of all existing AutoBot capabilities.

Every AI capability AutoBot already provides — Knowledge Base (ChromaDB + RAG), LLM gateway, multi-modal processing, NPU acceleration, WebSocket chat, memory graph, and plugin system — is deeply wired into this module.

    ✅ Epic verified complete on Dev_new_gui — closing

    Re-verified the full epic against the codebase (not just issue statuses). The entire original scope — 57 issues across 6 phases — is implemented and merged into Dev_new_gui.

    Phase epics: all 6 closed (#8205, #8206, #8207, #8208, #8209, #8210). #8207 and #8210 were verified and closed today; their checklists were stale but every child was already done.

    Backend module (autobot-backend/llc/): 23 models · 30 services · 28 api files · 7 scheduler files · adapters · kb · health · sync · middleware.

    • API router registered: initialization/router_registry/feature_routers.py:652 → ("llc.api", "", ["llc"], "llc")
    • ~28 llc_* Alembic migrations present
    • Celery beat task wired: llc.scheduler.sprint_autoclose in celery_app.py:202

    Frontend (autobot-frontend/src/): 17 LLC views, /llc/* routes in router/index.ts, "Company OS" nav entry → /llc/dashboard in config/navItems.ts.

    Out of scope (tracked separately)

    13 follow-up enhancements/fixes filed after this epic remain open and are independent of #8204's checklist: #9657, #9626, #9623, #9622, #9625, #9627, #9628, #9008, #9034, #9020, #8997, #9033, #9715.

    The original epic scope has no remaining implementation work. Closing.
