feat(llc/kb): Agent capability indexing — on hire/update, re-index to company:agents KB #8244

Description

Parent

Phase 5 (#8209) · Umbrella (#8204)

Depends On

#8235 — KB collections.

Context

Agents need to discover peers — "who in this company handles security audits?" This is answered by RAG-querying the company:agents collection, not by hardcoded lookup.

Acceptance Criteria

  • AgentCapabilityIndexer in llc/kb/capability_indexer.py:
    • index(agent_id):
      • Reads agent name, title, role, capabilities text from agent_org_nodes
      • Composes document: "Agent {name} ({title}) handles: {capabilities}. Reports to: {manager_name}."
      • Upserts into company:{company_id}:agents collection keyed by agent_id (delete old, insert new)
    • Called as post-save hook in agent create and capability update
    • Called on agent terminate: removes document from collection
  • GET /api/llc/companies/{id}/agents/search?q= — RAG search over agents collection ("who can do X?")
  • Agent-facing API: GET /api/llc/agent/peers/search?q= — agents can query peer capabilities (for delegation decisions)
  • Capability descriptions are also returned in GET /api/llc/companies/{id}/org-chart response
  • python -m pytest autobot-backend/llc/ -k capability_indexer passes
