If you encounter a bug while using Divinity, we want to hear about it so we can fix it quickly. Please follow these steps to report it effectively.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of both Divinity and Codex.
- Double-check your configuration files for typos, invalid YAML, or outdated values.
- Confirm the issue is not caused by missing dependencies (like Vault or PlaceholderAPI).
- Ensure you're running a supported server type: Spigot or Paper.
Try to reproduce the bug consistently. Note if it only happens:
- With specific items or modules
- In certain worlds or regions
- After a reload or restart
When reporting the bug, provide as much of the following as possible:
- A clear description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your Minecraft and Java version
- Your server type (Spigot or Paper)
- Your Divinity and Codex versions
- Any error messages (pastebin or logs)
- Any relevant config files (especially if item- or module-related)
