I know that it's not accessible. It just specifies the query path which tells you the route of the page I'm talking about.

Yeah this makes sense.

The button can be added to the pipeline picker dialog..

Clicking it will transition the picker into the upload pipeline dialog shown below...

When user click Upload, complete step, and populate the pipeline name into the input field in form.

I think this is still a useful feature. It makes sense that this should be possible if the user is focusing on a single experiment
