[8.2] perc-deployer Xlint residual after #3017 ContentRelation — ContentType handler #3047

Role

Residual slice of #2028 (perc-deployer Xlint cleanup) after ContentRelation PR #3046 / issue #3017, under parent tracker #2200.

Context

Post-#3017 inventory (default Maven warn window after ContentRelation zeroed): top main-source residual is PSContentTypeDependencyHandler ~69 diagnostics. Other residual surfaces (SystemDef / SharedGroup / WorkflowDef / test-source noise) remain for later slices.

Scope

Continue clearing perc-deployer javac Xlint diagnostics after #3046:

• Prefer PSContentTypeDependencyHandler first (~69) as the next Content* follow-on
• Real generics (no blanket @SuppressWarnings("unchecked") on whole classes)
• Cap batch ~40–70 diagnostics if still abundant; no product behavior change
• Do not rework handlers already shipped in fix(deployer): Xlint batch 10 — ContentAssembler/Content/ContentListDef (#2028) #3016 / fix(deployer): Xlint ContentRelation handler generics (#3017) #3046 / earlier batches

Out of scope

• Monorepo-wide reformatting
• Unrelated deployer behavior changes

Acceptance

• Module cd deployer && ../mvnw clean install green
• Measurable reduction in Xlint diagnostics vs post-fix(deployer): Xlint ContentRelation handler generics (#3017) #3046 baseline (target ContentType toward zero)
• Link parent [8.2] Resolve all javadoc and javac errors and warnings #2200, [8.2] Resolve javac warnings in perc-deployer module #2028, PR fix(deployer): Xlint ContentRelation handler generics (#3017) #3046 when opened
• Behavioral unit tests for new/changed typed surfaces
