Slice goal

PR-sized -Xlint residual for remaining install upgrade plugins after #2942 / PR #2994 typed ConvertCommunityVisibility, SlotNames, CleanLocationSchemes, CleanContentStatus, SpringBeans, UpdateExtensions, Publishing.

PSUpgradePluginRelationship parent-chain typing is in open PR #2952 (#2949 absorb) — prefer not thrashing that file until #2952 merges; then re-inventory any leftover rawtypes in Relationship.

Inventory (next coherent batches ~40–50 diags)

1. After cluster: design.objectstore this-escape + parentComponents thrash (#2872/#2946/#2947/#2949) #2952 merges: residual rawtypes in PSUpgradePluginRelationship if any remain beyond parentComponents
2. PSUpgradePluginPsxCTTemplate + workflow transition plugins (UpdateWorkflowTransitions, AddWorkflowPublishTransitions, etc.)
3. PSUpgradePluginCreateServerAndServerProperties + Publishing leftovers if any
4. PSOraConvertLONG2LOBTool + mid-size helpers not yet typed
5. Sweep remaining com.percussion.install PSUpgradePlugin* raw collection sites

Out of scope

• services (issue 2877 slice 2: services contentmgr/publisher/assembly Xlint residual #2934), xml/extension (issue 2877 slice 3: xml/extension/relationship/webdav Xlint residual #2935)
• objectstore/data/search
• thrash with open PR cluster: design.objectstore this-escape + parentComponents thrash (#2872/#2946/#2947/#2949) #2952 on Relationship until merged

Acceptance

• One coherent PR-sized generics batch (prefer real generics; ≤~40–50 diags)
• cd system && ../mvnw.cmd clean install green
• Behavioral tests for any typed helpers changed
• Residual filed again if more install work remains
