IHM Meeting Summary Mar 30 2017
Attended by BW, TG and BV
-
Dictionary and examples have been updated.
-
Issues 24 and 25: Ensembles can be separated from other files (starting models, input restraints, alignments, localization densities etc). This will help limit the size of the files and allow for easier access. Since the same DOI can refer to multiple zip archives, the ensembles can be a seperate zip archive within the same DOI. The ensemble zip archive can comprise of individual model files or a single multi-model file.
-
BV will update the dictionary.
Add:
_ihm_starting_comparative_models.template_dataset_list_id
-
Integrative model
to the enumerated list in_ihm_dataset_list.data_type
. - Examples to illustrate a DOI leading to a single file.
Remove:
_ihm_starting_comparative_models.template_db_name
_ihm_starting_comparative_models.template_db_code
_ihm_starting_model_details.starting_model_db_name
_ihm_starting_model_details.starting_model_db_code
_ihm_related_dataset.data_type_derived
_ihm_related_dataset.data_type_primary
_ihm_dataset_related_db_reference.data_type
_ihm_dataset_external_reference.data_type
-
BW will update the IMP examples to make them compliant with the updated dictionary as well as address some of the open issues. Missing information include links to sequence alignments, ensembles, starting comparative models and their templates and 2DEM position and scaling matrix.
-
BW will contact the PIs of the representation/validation sub-group to encourage their postdocs to attend the next large group meeting on April 6th at 11:00 AM EDT. We will present an overview of the I/H methods dictionary and the current IMP examples during the meeting.
