Improve the realtime compiler dashboard

• Add ternary check to not show source path for virtual pages
• Improve dashboard table item formatting
• Stylize formatting of dynamic source file label
• Disable dashboard button to edit in-memory pages

• Remove identifier row from dashboard table
  • Fixes Consider removing identifier from merged dashboard table  realtime-compiler#29
