Consider removing identifier from merged dashboard table

Identifiers are only useful within their page type, and for a table where all types are shown in one it gets confusing as to why duplicate values for something called "identifiers" is allowed:

Note that we also don't show identifiers in the route list command

This also has the benefit of a narrower table, leading to less overflow
