LGTM, thank you! Were you able to figure out where the invoke_viiiiiiiiiiiiiii came from?

Yes, previously that invoke was optimized out incorrectly (that was the bug uncovered that broke the previous roll). After fixing it in WebAssembly/binaryen#2624 that invoke is not optimized out, so it appears in the output.
