PRs with contributions need to reviewed within the sub project before getting merged

Problem description

Some PRs where merged few minutes after their contributions, without prior review within the sub project, e.g. #9 and #10. Without a proper review of the initial contribution there is high risk that the initial contributed documentation or code will never been reviewed by the community (as within later PRs only changes will be reviewed).

Expected action

Ask the community to review the initial contributions and address raised issues.
Alternatively reverse the PRs and start them again with a review by at least all maintainers of the sub project.

We agree that reviewing contributions carefully is important. We've already fixed our process. Now, we'll be sure to follow the CAMARA rules for reviewing everything.
