@HanbaiWang It looks like that this PR was merged without any discussion and review within the sub project. As a codeowner you should ensure that the sub project participants had sufficient time to review and comment the proposed material before it get merged. A good practice would be to discuss in at least one public meeting of the sub project before it get merged.

Without having done a review, the document has at least several issues, for example:

• the file went into code/API_Definitions, but belongs into documentation
• it contains business process descriptions which are specific for the China Mobile Communication Capability Open Platform. That content does not belong here
• Basic authentication is not in line with the CAMARA guidelines (use of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC)
• Recording of sessions goes beyond the scope defined in https://github.com/camaraproject/WorkingGroups/blob/main/APIBacklog/documentation/SupportingDocuments/API%20proposals/APIproposal_ClickToDial_ChinaMobile.md and might difficult to be implemented for operators due to telecommunication secrecy laws.
