[Subtask] Hive2 docker runtime environment

### Describe the subtask

The hive catalog integration test need to connect really Hive runtime environment, including:

These versions match the Hadoop and Hive that Graviton depends on.

1. Hadoop-2.7.3
2. Hive-2.3.9
3. Mysql
5. openJDK-8u382
