[Yamato] Move playmode jobs to 2080s

Purpose of this PR

• Use the 2080 GPUs for playmode tests
• Move HDRP Hybrid tests to the same image as the other HDRP tests

Testing status

• The biggest risk here is changing the image used for the HDRP_Hybrid tests, so I started a pipeline here https://yamato.cds.internal.unity3d.com/jobs/902-Graphics/tree/yamato%252Fplaymode-on-2080s/.yamato%252Fall-hdrp_hybrid.yml%2523PR_HDRP_Hybrid_trunk/5058518/job/pipeline
