This was originally in #4952 but it grew to much and I decied to seperate it.
Description of the problem being solved:
They added a new form of life degen with the inverted mod. This generalises regen and degen and add proper support for degens and overhauls the breakdowns. Some improvements where also made to mutliChain as it was behaving weirdly with base values and labels.
