Aggressive skybox culling at higher fov

I don't have the exact position and angles from that image, but here is a similar position and angle which at 110 fov causes this issue

If this is frustum culling related, this may be related: Facepunch/garrysmod-requests#448 (comment) (the size of the BSP node types for mins/maxs)

The issue links a PR with an example of a fix, it seems the only place it can really be fixed is in the engine.

I changed all 54 instances of the float -0.29289, none of them worked unfortunately.
