Skybox faces aren't culled properly at higher FOVs #2657

Description

Nearly any FOV higher than the default 90 will break skybox face culling at certain angles
This bug is present in every game I've tested it in so as far as I know, this bug is an engine problem

Here's an example with fov_desired at 115° and gl_clear set to 1

Why only 4 triangles need to be culled is beyond me
