Summary
Generate native Preview response files for static-library targets and runtime-policy metadata from prepared dependency artifacts. Keep the public opt-in separate from this preparation layer.
Stack / landing boundary
This review diff uses an integration-only base combining #3364, #3360, and #3365. That base is not a merge target: land prerequisites on
main, then retarget/reconcile this branch and rerun validation.Validation
The prior candidate has recorded focused link-parameter and integration-base/candidate root/generated-documentation checks. Hosted checks reported success on the published head in the 2026-10-08 snapshot. These checks do not establish a Canvas render.
Testing
After retargeting, run
bazel test //test/internal/files:linker_input_files //test/internal/files:static_library_preview_link_params //tools/params_processors:link_params_processor_tests.
