Not for merging. The base branch caches ports/ submodules with the common ones; this PR touches one stm, one raspberrypi and one mimxrt board so just those three build.
Run 1 is cold and saves the caches, run 2 measures the restore against 59 s / 17 s / 22 s of cloning today.
